About me
I am a Professor of International Business and Strategy at Aston Business School. My research explores how firms from emerging markets internationalise, innovate, and sustain competitive advantage through cross-border acquisitions and alliances. With over 50 peer-reviewed articles in top-tier journals, my work bridges theory and practice, addressing the dynamic interplay between international business strategy, competitive advantages and firm performance.
I serve on the editorial boards of prominent journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Management International Review, International Business Review, and the Journal of Production and Operations Management.
I am also a Fellow of the Indian Academy of Management and a member of the ESRC Peer Review College.
